According to established law, Racism is “prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group.”
On April 1, 2020 – in front of The Brooklyn Hospital Center – BLACK security officer Joshua Wright attacked Marcus Conte [WHITE] with a racial insult while he was reporting the news. Based on the evidence, PROBABLE CAUSE for unlawful discrimination was found.
Marcus Conte was ordered by officer Wright to “Get your WHITE PRIVILEGE out of here.” There is no justification for this racial insult. There is no justification for Joshua Wright to hover over Mr. Conte and make him afraid as he was leaving the hospital. Acting on one’s prejudice is an ongoing problem in America.
