According to established law, Racism is “prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group.”
On April 1, 2020 security officer Joshua Wright who is BLACK attacked Marcus Conte with a racial insult while Conte was reporting the news. Based on the evidence, PROBABLE CAUSE for unlawful discrimination was found.
Marcus Conte was ordered to “Get your WHITE PRIVILEGE out of here.” There is no justification for this racial insult. There is no justification for Joshua Wright to hover over Mr. Conte and make him afraid as he was leaving The Brooklyn Hospital Center. Acting on one’s prejudice is an ongoing problem in America.
